MyStories uses a passwordless login system — no password is needed. If you're having trouble receiving or accessing your login email, you may be able to log in using an SMS verification code instead, as long as you have a phone number saved to your account.
In case you don't have SMS verification set up yet and are wondering how to log in to MyStories in general, check out this article: How do I log in to MyStories?
How does MyStories SMS login work?
Go to the MyStories login page and enter your registered email address.
You'll receive your usual login email. If a phone number is linked to your account, you'll also see a "Log in via SMS" option at the bottom of the "Check your email" screen.
Click "Log in via SMS". A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the phone number linked to your account.
Enter the code on the verification screen and click "Verify & Log In".
Didn't receive the code?
➜ Click "Resend" on the verification screen.
Is the phone number shown not yours?

How do I add a phone number to my MyStories account?
You can add a phone number in two ways:
During account setup — if you received MyStories as a gift, you'll be prompted to add a phone number when activating your account.
From your account settings — click your name in the top right corner, select Manage Account, and scroll to "Add phone number". Enter your number and check the box to confirm you agree to use the SMS service for secure login.
You can edit or remove your phone number from the same section at any time.
Please note: SMS login is an alternative to email login only — it is not a two-factor authentication (2FA) method. The option will only appear if you have a phone number saved to your account.
